My package has not been delivered All shipments are despatched from the UK, so please allow 9 days working days for EC deliveries and 13 working days for the rest of the world. If this time elapses and the goods have not arrived, please contact your local customs office if outside the EC to check whether they have the parcel. Otherwise contact our Customer Services team at info@stcuthbertsmill.com or tel +44 1749 672015 , fax +44 1749 678844 and we will check the delivery status with the courier.
If you wish replacement goods to be sent, you must contact us within 28 days of your order being despatched.
Why can you not deliver to PO BOX addresses? All packages are shipped via courier and unfortunately they are unable to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Why am I paying UK TAX? For deliveries inside the EC, you are subject to UK Tax (which is 15%). Tax is payable on the goods and delivery charges.
EC Countries include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Countries outside the EC do not pay tax.
Why is the value on my payment card statement different to the price indicated on the website? All prices on this site are in UK £ Sterling (GBP) and your payment card will be charged in UK £ Sterling. The currency converter supplied is for a guide only. Your payment card will perform the currency conversion into your own currency when the goods are charged to your payment card.
I wish to return the parcel Products may be returned by post within 7 days of delivery in accordance with the following procedure:- 1) Repackage the products securely and send the products together with the reason for return, the invoice number, your email address or telephone number and instructions as to whether you would like a refund or a replacement. You will find the Returns address on the paperwork that arrives with your order.
2) All unwanted goods must be in resaleable condition, in their original packaging and with any security seals still intact.
3) We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you. Returns by post are made at your risk. Refunds will be credited to your payment card. Refunds will not be paid in cash.
