Are you looking for new distributors / wholesalers?
We are always looking for new distribution partners, especially in countries where we currently do not have any representation.

Do you sell direct to the public?
Sorry, we don't sell in small quantities, as we only despatch in pallet quantities. For smaller amounts please contact our distributors on our 'where to buy' page.

Do you have a webshop?
We do not have an on-line webshop, but there are numerous mail-order suppliers that would be happy to serve you. Please visit our 'where to buy page for a list of suppliers.

Do you have a factory shop?
There’s no factory shop at St Cuthberts Mill.

Do you sell ‘seconds’?
We recycle as much we can by re-pulping the paper, so we don’t have any for sale.

Complaints

The paper has a problem, who do I contact?
Steve Gardner, our Quality Control Manager, would like to know if you are experiencing problems with our papers. If there’s a problem he’d like to know about it, so we don’t repeat the mistake!

Mill Tours

Can I visit the mill?
Unfortunately paper mills are dangerous places, so we are not open for public tours.
