St Cuthberts Mill reserves the right to change the giveaway at any time or to discontinue it entirely, without any claims on the part of the participants arising from this.
A violation of these conditions of participation leads to exclusion from the respective giveaway.

The giveaway will run for 7 days from the initial Instagram date. The winner will be notified within 72 hours of the closing date.
1. Participation and Eligible Participants
Participation in the promotion takes place via the post on Instagram, in the form of a comment under the giveaway post, liking the post, and following St Cuthberts Mill and Daler-Rowney Instagram pages. Participation is free of charge and independent of an order.
The comment submitted by the participant must match the requirements of the giveaway given by St Cuthberts Mill and Daler-Rowney.  Open to UK postal addresses.

Manipulation, disruptions to the giveaway, violations of these conditions of participation, in the event of unfair or illegal action, the use of unauthorised aids of any kind and participation with incorrect profiles or accounts are prohibited and lead to exclusion from the giveaway. There is no entitlement to participate.

Contributions that violate legal provisions, third party rights or good morals and / or contain defamatory, discriminatory, insulting, racist or otherwise offensive content are expressly not permitted. St Cuthberts Mill expressly reserves the right to remove such contributions without prior notice and without giving reasons and to exclude the participant from the giveaway.
St Cuthberts Mill reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons.

2. Subject to change
St Cuthberts Mill also reserves the right to discontinue, cancel, suspend or change the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances occur that are beyond the control of St Cuthberts Mill and prevent it from being carried out properly.

3. Determination of profits
The winner will be determined at random from all eligible participants within one week of the end of the giveaway. Only those Instagram users who have performed the task correctly will take part in the raffle. There is only one submitted registration for the giveaway per participant. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple Instragram accounts or profiles to increase the chances of winning. The prize will only be handed over to the winner. Compliance with the conditions of participation is a prerequisite for participating in the giveaway.
The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and requested to respond to this message within 4 weeks of the announcement or notification of the prize, stating their full name and address. If the winner lets this deadline elapse, the claim to the prize expires.

The judges' decision is final.

A cash payment of the value of the prize is not possible. The prize is not transferable.
The winner will be marked in the post under their comments and possibly announced on the St Cuthberts Mill account. The announcement of the winner is without guarantee.
