Sales

Do you sell direct to the public?
Unfortunately we don't sell direct to the public. We have a minimum order of three tonnes and only despatch in pallet quantities. For smaller amounts please contact our distributors on our 'where to buy' page.

Do you have a webshop?
We do not have an on-line webshop, but there are numerous online suppliers/retailers out there. Please visit our 'where to buy page for a list of suppliers.

Do you have a factory shop?
There’s no factory shop at St Cuthberts Mill.

Do you sell ‘seconds’?
We recycle as much as we can by re-pulping 'broke' paper, due to this we don’t have any 'seconds' for sale.

Complaints

The paper I've purchased has a problem, who do I contact?
We aim to provide high quality papers with exceptional performance. If you do experience any issues, please contact your retailer/supplier in the first instance.

Mill Tours

Can I visit the mill?
Unfortunately, we are not open for public tours due to health and safety regulations.
